The Kevin Jeffes Trophy is presented to the Referee who is deemed most improved in the Squad.
2012 was the inaugural year for the award of this trophy donated by Betty Jeffes in memory of Kevin Jeffes who took such great interest in the development of referees in the Junior Representative Squad.
