The Jack O’Sullivan was a great supporter of Junior referees and a willing and dedicated member of the Referee Recruitment and Coordination team over the three days of many All Schools’ Carnivals. The Jack O’Sullivan Trophy is awarded to a referee officiating in the Primary Schools’ Section on Day 1 of the All Schools’ Carnival who demonstrates significant potential as a referee.
